The Mercedes-Benz EQA is now on sale

The Mercedes-Benz's new electric car is called the EQA 250 and is on sale from today with a starting price of 39,000 euros.

For the uninitiated, the EQA 250 is a front-wheel drive compact SUV. With a length of 4.46 meters and a height of 1.62 meters, it is approximately identical to Volvo's XC40 , while Volkswagen's ID.4 and its sister model Skoda Enyaq are around ten centimeters longer.


EQA's specifications offer a range of 426 kilometers measured according to the WLPT standard, while the engine will deliver 190 horsepower and 375 Nm. The EQA 250 accelerate of 0 to 100 km / h in 8.9 seconds.

The battery pack - which is integrated in the chassis - is 66.5 kWh net and should be able to be quickly charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes, then with charging of up to 100 kW. Consumption is stated at 17.7 kWh / 100 km.


According to Mercedes-Benz, the EQA 250 has a high level of equipment as standard.
